Prices start at an affordable 40,000 BHD and can range up to 600,000 BHD, however, most properties in Juffair are apartments and sit between the range of 50-100,000 BHD. If you are looking for a cosy 1-bed apartment you can expect to pay 50,000 BHD (€120,000) for two bathrooms, a balcony and basement parking.

Bigger, luxury apartments with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sea views go for around 100,000 BHD (​​€230,000). Additionally, Juffair is one of the Bahraini kingdom’s freehold areas, meaning non-Bahraini citizens are allowed to buy properties in it

Saar is located in the northwest of Bahrain and spans 6.5 square km of land with a population of 6,000. It’s ideally located with connections to many key areas, including Saudi Arabia via the King Fahd Causeway. The neighbourhood contains many luxurious housing options and gated communities.

Saar has everything you could want from a suburban neighbourhood and has a lot of fertile land meaning farming and agriculture is a big industry as well as shepherding and construction.
